Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you visit our website, and information collected through tracking technologies.
Information you provide directly: when you contact us through our website, chatbot, contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone, you may share your full name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, event location, number of people requiring services, and any additional details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our website we automatically receive your IP address and approximate geographic location, browser type and version, device type (desktop, mobile, or tablet), pages visited, time spent on each page, referring URL, session data, and on-site interaction behaviour.
Tracking technologies we use include: cookies (small text files stored on your device that help us understand how you use our site and remember your preferences); web beacons and tracking pixels including the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel; session tracking to understand how users navigate our website within a single visit; Google Analytics 4 (GA4) deployed via Google Tag Manager to track website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion events; and the Meta `_fbp` and `_fbc` cookies which we read to attribute advertising conversions.
